I graduated from Temple University School of Business and Public Administration with a B.S. in 1959. In 1962, I received a JD degree and in 1994, I received an LL.M. degree in Trial Advocacy. Both of these degrees were from Temple University School of Law. Also, I graduated from Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers' College in August of 1997. I am admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
My memberships include, The American, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia Bar Associations. I am currently Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Traffic Court Committee and a member of its State's Civil Committee. Previously, I served as a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Board of Governors.
I was law clerk and special assistant to Chief Justice of Pennsylvania, Assistant State Court Reporter, Chief Deputy Court Administrator of Pennsylvania and an Examiner of the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners. I was an associate for the law firm of Pepper, Hamilton & Sheets (now Pepper Hamilton). I served as VicePresident and General Counsel to Life and Health Insurance Company of America. I was past President of Temple Law School Alumni Association, and I am a current member of its Executive Committee.
I am an active community leader serving on numerous civic and charitable organizations. I am a previous officer and Board Member of Beth Sholom Congregation and counsel for the Jewish Congregation at Grafterford Prison.
I published two articles, "Obtaining a Grand Jury Investigation in Pennsylvania," 35.T.L.Q.73 (1961) - co-author; "A History of the District Justice System in Pennsylvania," P.B.A.Q., June, 1973, Volume XLIV, No. 4 - co-author.
Presently, I am in private practice and represent people who are injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, defective products, professional malpractice and workplace injuries.
I continue to successfully coach students to prepare for the Pennsylvania Bar Exam.
