Gerald Spivack was a Bar Examiner for 14 years, he wrote and graded actual Pennsylvania Bar Examination Questions on every Pennsylvania Bar Exam. For each of the two exams every year, Mr. Spivack was responsible for grading the essays on at least one question and he participated at meetings with other graders to discuss common mistakes that candidates made in writing essay answers on the bar exam. |

If you're not sure if you are ready to take the Bar Exam, then you probably need someone to assist you.
I presently coach students individually. Each student is required to write the answers to four previous bar questions. This takes about three hours. At the conclusion of writing the answers, I then critique the answers. This takes an hour plus or minus. Coaching sessions are normally done in my Philadelphia law office, but, on occasion, I have coached students who do not reside in this area. Under such circumstances, I send the questions to the student by mail and the student mails the answers back to me and coaching sessions take place over the telephone.
